RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days that are in flawless condition with all tags and packaging in tact. If returned items do not meet these standards the product will be sent back to customer. Proof of purchase must accompany any return or requests.

Gifts cannot be returned only exchanged without a receipt.

Crystamas pieces may be purchased by retailers outside of Crystamas.com. Such pieces are subject to that said retailers terms, conditions, return policies and can not be returned to Crystamas Inc.

Do to seasonality, items purchased on or after December 8^th Eastern Standard Time will not be returnable but may be exchangeable. Orders exceeding $10,000 will be subject to case by case return policy.
